Create New Admin only
Use the Create New page to define a custom PHI recognizer pattern for organisation-specific protected health information types. Custom recognizers extend the predefined set with patterns tailored to your healthcare domain or regulatory context.
Enter recognizer details
Provide the recognizer name, description, and the pattern definition. Choose the pattern type that matches the data format you need to detect.
Define the detection pattern
Enter the regular expression, keyword list, or structured pattern that identifies the protected health information type. Validate the pattern syntax before saving.
Save and enable
After saving the custom recognizer, enable it so downstream workflows can apply it during data scans.
