Manage Channel Admin only

Use the Manage Channel page to review and manage notification delivery channels for platform events. Channels define how notifications reach users or external systems.

Review configured channels

Browse the list of configured notification channels, including email, Slack, webhook, and SMS. Each entry shows the channel type, status, and last test result.

Add, edit, or remove channels

Create a new channel, update existing channel settings, or remove channels that are no longer needed. Confirm the impact on downstream event routing before deleting.

Test channel delivery

Use the test action to send a sample notification through a channel and confirm it reaches the intended destination.

What happens next

Configured channels become available for event routing. Audit types and channel configurations determine which events are sent through which channels.
