Channel Config Admin only
Use the Channel Config page to define channel-specific routing rules, templates, and metadata schemas for platform notifications. Configuration controls how notifications are formatted and routed for each channel.
Review channel schemas
Browse the list of channel configurations and their associated schemas. Each entry shows the channel type, template format, and metadata fields.
Configure routing rules
Define rules that determine which notifications are sent through which channels based on event type, priority, or recipient role.
Update templates and metadata
Edit notification templates and metadata fields to match operational requirements. Confirm template syntax is valid before saving.

What happens next
Updated channel configuration is applied to all new notifications. Existing queued notifications may continue to use the previous configuration.
